摘要
新时代,高校肩负着培育德才兼备的高素质人才的使命。将高校思政教育与就业创业教育有机融合,已成为深化教育改革、创新人才培养模式的关键切入点。文章依托国家教育政策导向及高校教育教学实际情况,系统地探究了思政教育与就业创业教育的内在契合之处,还深入剖析了二者融合在价值引领、能力培养和社会服务等方面所发挥的重要作用。同时,文章提出涵盖课程体系、教学模式、评价机制和资源整合四个层面的融合策略,以期为新时代高校人才培养工作改革提供可实践的方案。
In the new era,universities shoulder the mission of cultivating high-quality talents with both moral integrity and professional competence.The organic integration of ideological and political education in universities with employment and entrepreneurship education has become a key entry point for deepening educational reform and innovating talent training models.The article systematically explores the inherent compatibility between ideological and political education and employment and entrepreneurship education,based on the guidance of national education policies and the actual situation of higher education and teaching.It also deeply analyzes the important role played by the integration of the two in value guidance,ability cultivation,and social services.At the same time,the article proposes a fusion strategy that covers four levels:curriculum system,teaching mode,evaluation mechanism,and resource integration,in order to provide practical solutions for the reform of talent cultivation in universities in the new era.
