摘要
为探究载铁生物炭对市政污泥与餐厨垃圾联合厌氧消化的强化作用,将市政污泥与餐厨垃圾(以挥发性固体(VS)质量计)进行不同配料比(1∶2、1∶1和2∶1)的联合厌氧消化实验。考察了载铁生物炭对不同联合厌氧消化系统内的p H值、氨氮、溶解性化学需氧量(SCOD)、产气量、气体成分含量的影响。结果表明,当市政污泥与餐厨垃圾的配料比为2∶1时产气效率最佳,且添加载铁生物炭能有效强化市政污泥与餐厨垃圾联合厌氧消化效果。与对照组相比,载铁生物炭投加量为5g·L^(-1)时,厌氧系统的最高产气速率、累积产气量和H_(2)含量分别提高了31.7%、90.7%和27.2%。该研究结果可以为协同厌氧制氢装置的稳定运行提供一定的理论参考。
This study was aimed to explore the strengthening effect of iron loaded biochar on the combined anaerobic fermentation of municipal sludge and kitchen waste,and the combined anaerobic digestion experiment was conducted by mixing municipal sludge and kitchen waste with different mass ratios of 1:2,1:1 and 2:1 calculated by volatile solid content.The effects of iron-loaded biochar on pH,ammonia nitrogen,dissolved chemical oxygen demand(SCOD),gas production and gas composition in the combined anaerobic digestion system were investigated.The results indicated that the best gas production efficiency was obtained when the mass ratios of municipal sludge and kitchen waste was 2:1,and the addition of iron-loaded biochar could effectively enhance the combined anaerobic digestion efficiency.Compared with the control group,when the dosage of iron loaded biochar was 5g·L^(-1),the maximum gas production rate,cumulative gas production and hydrogen content increased by 31.7%,90.7%and 27.2%,respectively.The results can provide a theoretical reference for the stable operation of collaborative anaerobic hydrogen production facilities.
