摘要
为研究夏邑县土壤和小麦中硒含量特征,采集样品并利用X射线荧光光谱仪进行测定分析.测定结果表明:土壤样品Se平均含量为0.31 mg/kg,高于河南省土壤Se含量平均值(0.19 mg/kg),最高点为曹集乡;小麦Se含量以曹集乡最高,富集系数为57.53%,且与根部土壤Se含量呈较强的正相关(r=0.74).空间分析表明,土壤和小麦Se含量分布均呈现自东南向西北逐渐降低趋势.
To investigate the characteristics of selenium content in soil and wheat in Xiayi County,samples were collected and analyzed using an X-ray fluorescence spectrometer.The results showed that the average Se content in soil was 0.31 mg/kg,which is higher than the average level for Henan Province(0.19 mg/kg).The highest Se content was found in Caoji Township.Correspondingly,wheat grains from Caoji Township also exhibited the highest Se content,with an enrichment factor of 57.53%.A strong positive correlation(r=0.74)was observed between the Se content in wheat and that in the root-zone soil.Spatial analysis revealed a gradually decreasing trend in Se content for both soil and wheat from the southeast to the northwest of the county.
