摘要
本研究聚焦于应用型本科院校“招就培”(招生-就业-培养)联动专业评估体系中生源质量的分析评价模型构建。在全球竞争加剧与知识经济蓬勃发展的背景下,应用型本科院校肩负着培养高质量应用型人才的重要使命。本研究选取某应用型本科院校2022-2024年本科二批次普通类考生数据为样本,多维度剖析考生基础信息、录取分数位次、志愿填报偏好及核心科目成绩。通过系统的数据收集与预处理,解决了数据缺失与标准化问题,构建了涵盖高考成绩、志愿填报、数学、语文及外语成绩的生源质量评价指标体系。借助层次分析法(AHP)与灰色关联度分析法,实现了对各专业生源质量的客观、科学评估。研究结果表明,不同专业间生源质量存在显著差异,为高校优化招生策略、提升专业培养质量及持续完善“招就培”联动评估体系提供了有力的数据支持与科学依据。
This study concentrates on the construction of an analysis and evaluation model for enrollment quality within the“Recruitment-Employment-Training”(RET)linked professional evaluation system of application-oriented undergraduate universities.In the context of heightened global competition and the booming knowledge-based economy,application-oriented undergraduate universities shoulder the important mission of nurturing high-quality application-oriented talents.This study selects the data of average candidates in the second batch of undergraduate admissions at Panzhihua University from 2022 to 2024 as samples,and conducts a multi-dimensional analysis of candidates’basic information,admission score rankings,preferences in filling out college application forms,and performance in core subjects.Through systematic data collection and preprocessing,issues such as data missingness and standardization are resolved,and an evaluation index system for enrollment quality is constructed,encompassing college entrance examination scores,application preferences,and scores in mathematics,Chinese,and foreign languages.Leveraging the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Grey Relational Analysis(GRA),an objective and scientific evaluation of the enrollment quality across different majors is achieved.The research findings highlight substantial variations in the enrollment quality among majors,offering robust data support and scientific rationale for universities to refine their enrollment strategies,upgrade their professional training systems,and continuously enhance the RET linked evaluation system.
