颊针镇痛的多级生物全息胚整合机制假说 被引量:1

A multi-level biological holographic embryo integration model for cheek acupuncture analgesia

摘要 近五十年来,现代医学镇痛药物的不良反应及耐药性问题日益凸显,针灸(包括微针疗法)作为疼痛绿色替代疗法之一,其镇痛价值在全球范围内日益受到医患双方的重视。本文以全息理论为指导,基于长期大量的临床实践,并结合已研究证实的大脑皮质感觉/运动侏儒(homunculus)及脊髓节段对应结构,提出多级生物全息胚整合模型,用以阐述王永洲教授建立的颊针疗法何以产生显著、即时且精准的镇痛效应。该假说认为,在人体不同水平(包括大脑皮质、内囊-丘脑、脊髓及面颊等部位)均存在与人体整体形态相对应的拓扑映射全息胚结构。这些全息胚通过感觉传入神经和运动传出神经相连接,能够逐级整合、处理并快速上传局部痛觉和面颊部针刺信号至大脑皮质;同时,经皮质处理的信号下行传递并逐级衰减,最终实现精准、持久的镇痛效果。 Over the past five decades,adverse effects and drug resistance associated with modern analgesic medications have become increasingly pronounced.Against this backdrop,acupuncture,including micro-acupuncture techniques has gained global recognition among clinicians and patients as a green alternative for pain management.Guided by holographic theory and grounded in extensive long-term clinical practice,this study integrates established neuroanatomical structures(specifically,the sensory and motor homunculus of the cerebral cortex and segmental spinal cord organization)to propose a multi-level biological holographic embryo integration model.This model elucidates the mechanisms underlying the rapid,precise,and potent analgesic effects of cheek acupuncture therapy,pioneered by professor Wang Yongzhou.The hypothesis posits that topologically mapped holographic embryo structures,corresponding to the human body's holistic morphology,exist at multiple levels,including the cerebral cortex,internal capsule-thalamic complex,spinal cord,and buccal region.These holographic units interconnect through sensory afferent and motor efferent neural pathways.They collectively integrate,process,and rapidly ascend local nociceptive signals and cheek acupuncture stimuli to the cerebral cortex.Moreover,they transmit and progressively attenuate cortically processed inhibitory signals in a descending pathway.This bidirectional cascade ultimately achieves targeted and sustained analgesia.
