摘要
文章分析了山西高校就业指导教育存在的问题,并提出了通过教育改革和就业指导优化促进人才培养与经济需求相匹配的策略,旨在为提升山西高校就业指导教育水平、推动区域经济发展提供理论参考。
The article analyzes the problems in employment guidance education in Shanxi universities and proposes strategies to promote talent cultivation that matches economic needs through education reform and optimization of employment guidance.The aim is to provide theoretical references for improving the level of employment guidance education in Shanxi universities and promoting regional economic development.
