化工与制药类专业大学生“虚实双驱动”实践教学体系构建研究——以青岛科技大学为例

摘要 文章以青岛科技大学化工与制药类专业为例,提出了“虚实双驱动”的实践教学体系重构思路,通过自主研发的仿真软件与智能实验设备构建数字孪生实践环境,形成“虚拟仿真―半实物模拟―实体操作”三级进阶培养路径,打造了校企协同的产教融合育人生态,建立了“课程项目―大创项目―学科竞赛”三级创新训练体系。研究表明,该教学体系实施后,学生工程实践能力提升显著,创新创业成果丰硕,就业质量明显提高,为区域化工与制药产业转型升级提供了有力的人才支撑。 The article takes the Chemical Engineering and Pharmaceutical Engineering majors at Qingdao University of Science and Technology as an example and proposes a"virtual real dual drive"practical teaching system reconstruction idea.Through independently developed simulation software and intelligent experimental equipment,a digital twin practical environment is constructed,forming a three-level advanced training path of"virtual simulation semi physical simulation physical operation",creating a school enterprise collaborative industry education integration education ecology,and establishing a three-level innovative training system of"course projects big innovation projects subject competitions".Research has shown that after the implementation of this teaching system,students'engineering practical abilities have significantly improved,their innovation and entrepreneurship achievements have been fruitful,and the quality of employment has significantly improved,providing strong talent support for the transformation and upgrading of the regional chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
