摘要
探索乙纶直链/支链结构,分别开展了乙纶直链/支链结构中红外(MIR)光谱(包括:一维MIR光谱、二阶导数MIR光谱、四阶导数MIR光谱及退卷积MIR光谱)实验。结果发现,乙纶直链结构的红外吸收模式主要包括:ν_(asCH2-直链结构)、ν_(sCH2-直链结构-)、δ_(CH2-直链结构)和ρ_(CH2-直链结构)。乙纶支链结构的红外吸收模式主要包括:ν_(asCH3-支链结构)、δ_(asCH3-支链结构)、δ_(sCH3-支链结构)、ν_(RCH=CH2-1-支链结构)、ν_(RCH=CHR'-支链结构)、ν_(RCH=CH2-2-支链结构)、ν_(RR'C=CH2-支链结构)、ν_(C2H5-支链结构)和ν_(C4H9-支链结构)。乙纶直链/支链结构的退卷积MIR光谱的谱图分辨能力要优于相应的一维MIR光谱、二阶导数MIR光谱及四阶导数MIR光谱。MIR光谱可以快速开展乙纶直链/支链结构研究。
The linear/branched chain structures of polyethylene fiber were explored.The experiments of mid infrared(MIR)spectroscopy(including one-dimensional MIR spectroscopy,second-order derivative MIR spectroscopy,fourth-order derivative MIR spectroscopy and deconvolution MIR spectroscopy)on polyethylene fiber linear/branched chain structures were conducted.The results showed that the infrared absorption modes of the polyethylene fiber linear chain structure mainly includedν_(asCH2-linear chain structure),ν_(sCH2-linear chain structure),δ_(CH2-linear chain structure) andρ_(CH2-linear chain structure).The infrared absorption modes of polyethylene fiber branched chain structure mainly includedν_(asCH3-branched chain structure),δ_(asCH3-branched chain structure),δ_(sCH3-branched chain structure),ν_(RCH=CH2-1-branched chain structure),ν_(RCH=CHR'-branched chain structure),ν_(RCH=CH2-2-branched chain structure),ν_(RR'C=CH2-branched chain structure),ν_(C2H5-branched chain structure) andν_(C4H9-branched chain structure).The spectral resolution of deconvolution MIR spectroscopy of polyethylene fiber linear/branched chain structures was superior to the corresponding one-dimensional MIR spectroscopy,second-order derivative MIR spectroscopy and fourth-order derivative MIR spectroscopy.MIR spectroscopy could quickly conduct research on the linear/branched chain structures of polyethylene fiber.
