摘要
采用溶剂法分离回收废旧聚乳酸/天丝混纺织物中的PLA组分,研究了不同溶剂(DMF、DMAc、DMSO和CHCl_(3))、溶解时间和溶解温度对分离过程的影响,并采用扫描电子显微镜、凝胶渗透色谱仪、红外光谱仪和X射线衍射仪等仪器对分离后的产物的物化性能进行表征。结果表明:回收后的残余织物的成分主要是纤维素和少量的PLA,回收后得到的PLA粉末与回收前的结构和性能无明显变化,综合溶解温度、时间、回收率和分子量等因素,选定DMF的最佳溶解温度和时间为110℃、20 min,回收率为95.7%;DMAc的最佳溶解温度和时间为90℃、40 min,回收率为92.3%;DMSO的最佳溶解温度和时间为110℃、40 min,回收率为95.1%;CHCl_(3)的回收率为95.3%。
The solvent method was adopted to separate and recover the PLA component in the waste polylactic acid(PLA)/Tencel blended fabric.The effects of different solvents(DMF,DMAc,DMSO and CHCl_(3)),dissolution time and dissolution temperature on the separation process were studied.The physical and chemical properties of the separated products were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,GPC,FTIR and XRD.The results showed that the main components of the residual fabric after recovery were cellulose and a small amount of PLA.The structure and properties of the recovered PLA powder did not significantly change compared with those before recovery.Considering the dissolution temperature,time,recovery rate and molecular weight,the optimal dissolution temperature and time of DMF were 110℃ and 20 min,with a recovery rate of 95.7%.The optimal dissolution temperature and time of DMAc were 90℃ and 40 min,with a recovery rate of 92.3%.The optimal dissolution temperature and time of DMSO were 110℃ and 40 min,with a recovery rate of 95.1%.The recovery rate of CHCl_(3) was 95.3%.
