纤维损伤对机织复合材料力学性能影响

Impacts of Fiber Damage on the Mechanical Properties of Woven Composites

摘要 本研究旨在探究纤维损伤对正交三向机织结构复合材料力学性能的影响。通过制备不同损伤率的碳纤维正交三向机织预制体,并采用树脂传递模塑成型工艺(RTM)制备复合材料,系统开展了复合材料拉伸、弯曲、压缩等力学性能测试,并结合损伤形貌分析,揭示了纤维损伤对材料力学性能的影响规律。实验结果表明:随着碳纤维损伤率的增加,复合材料的拉伸性能下降了11.1%,弯曲性能下降了24.7%,压缩性能下降了36.34%,且损伤率对复合材料压缩性能的影响最为显著。本研究为优化碳纤维正交三向机织结构复合材料的设计和制备工艺提供了理论依据。 The study aimed to investigate the impacts of fiber damage on the mechanical properties of orthogonal three-directional woven structural composites.By preparing carbon fiber orthogonal three-directional woven preforms with different damage rates and fabricating the composites by using the Resin Transfer Molding(RTM)process,a systematic evaluation of the mechanical properties such as tensile property,bending property and compressive strength was conducted.Combined with damage morphology analysis,the influence rule of fiber damage on the mechanical properties of the materials was revealed.The experimental results showed that as the carbon fiber damage rate increased,the tensile property of the composite decreased by 11.1%,the bending property by 24.7%,and the compressive property by 36.34%,with the damage rate having the most significant impact on the compressive property of the composite.The study provided a theoretical basis for optimizing the design and preparation process of carbon fiber orthogonal three-directional woven structural composites.
