自制烫金用WPU的配方调控对图案精细度及牢度的影响

摘要 针对水性聚氨酯(WPU)胶黏剂在烫金加工中图案耐水洗及耐摩擦牢度差的问题,通过添加增稠剂和交联剂对自制的WPU性能进行优化,考察了添加增稠剂和交联剂对WPU胶黏剂黏度、胶膜水接触角、吸水率、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率及剥离强度的影响,将优化的胶黏剂配方应用于烫金加工技术中。结果表明:通过添加增稠剂调节WPU黏度,添加异氰酸酯交联剂使胶膜水接触角提高,吸水率降低,拉伸强度获得提升,剥离强度增加。增稠剂用量为0.6%,交联剂用量为4%,以此配方加工的烫金面料,图案精细度良好,摩擦1500 r图案仍完整,水洗后牢度仍能维持在4级,其性能指标与溶剂型胶黏剂加工的烫金面料产品相当。 In order to solve the problem of pattern poor washing and rubbing fastness of waterborne polyurethane(WPU)adhesives in bronzing processing,the performance of self-made WPU was optimized by adding thickener and crosslinking agent.The effects of thickener and crosslinking agent on the viscosity,water contact angle,water absorption,tensile strength,elongation at break and peel strength of WPU adhesive were investigated.The optimized adhesive formula was applied to bronzing processing technology.The results showed that the viscosity of WPU was adjusted by adding thickener.The addition of isocyanate crosslinking agent increased the water contact angle of the film,decreased the water absorption,and improved the tensile strength and the peel strength.The amount of thickener was 0.6%and the amount of crosslinking agent was 4%.The bronzing fabric processed with this formula had good pattern fineness,and the friction 1500 r pattern was still intact.The fastness could still maintain at level 4 after washing,and its performance index was comparable to that of the bronzing fabric processed with solvent-based adhesives.
