摘要
目的 探讨眼科日间全麻手术患者术后麻醉恢复室(post-anesthesia care unit,PACU)低体温的发生现状及其影响因素。方法 选取2022年10月至2023年7月首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院择期全麻下接受眼科日间手术并进入PACU的患者200例,根据术后进入PACU时体温是否<36℃分为低体温组(n=80)和正常体温组(n=120)。采用多因素logistic回归分析眼科日间全麻手术患者术后PACU发生低体温的影响因素。结果 200例患者中,男100例,女100例,年龄19~75岁,平均(53.0±13.5)岁。发生低体温患者80例,低体温发生率为40.0%。多因素logistic回归分析结果 显示,BMI越低(OR=0.707,95%CI:0.560~0.892,P=0.003)、基础体温越低(OR=0.0001,95%CI:0.0001~0.0003,P<0.001)的眼科日间全麻手术患者术后PACU发生低体温的风险越高。结论 眼科日间全麻手术患者PACU低体温的发生率较高,BMI、基础体温是眼科日间全麻手术患者PACU发生低体温的影响因素。
Objective To explore the incidence and influencing factors of hypothermia in post-anesthesia care unit(PACU)of patients undergoing ophthalmic daytime general anesthesia surgery.Methods A total of 200 patients who undergoing ophthalmic daytime general anesthesia surgery and were admitted to PACU in Beijing Tongren Hospital,Capital Medical University from October 2022 to July 2023 were selected,and were divided into hypothermia group(n=80)and normal temperature group(n=120)according to whether their body temperature was lower than 36℃when they entered PACU after operation.The influencing factors of hypothermia in PACU of patients undergoing ophthalmic daytime general anesthesia surgery was analyzed by multivariate logistic regression.Results Among 200 patients,there were 100 males and 100 females,aged from 19 to 75 years,with an average of(53.0±13.5)years.There were 80 patients with hypothermia,and the incidence of hypothermia was 40.0%.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the lower BMI(OR=0.707,95%CI:0.560-0.892,P=0.003),and the lower the basal body temperature(OR=0.0001,95%CI:0.0001-0.0003,P<0.001),the higher the risk of hypothermia in PACU of patients undergoing ophthalmic daytime general anesthesia surgery.Conclusions The incidence of hypothermia in PACU is high in patients undergoing ophthalmic daytime general anesthesia surgery.BMI and basal body temperature are the influencing factors of hypothermia in PACU of patients undergoing ophthalmic daytime surgery under general anesthesia.
