氨燃料低速机活塞环-缸套磨损特性

Wear Characteristics of the Piston Ring-Cylinder Liner in an Ammonia Fuel Low-Speed Engine

摘要 基于船用低速机大环段活塞环–缸套摩擦磨损试验台,将氨水雾化并喷射至活塞环–缸套试件的摩擦区域以模拟氨燃料对其腐蚀,进行润滑油、润滑油+水和润滑油+氨水溶液润滑状态下的活塞环–缸套摩擦磨损的对比试验。通过测量活塞环–缸套摩擦力及摩擦系数、表面几何形貌特征等参数,并分析了氨对活塞环–缸套摩擦磨损性能的影响。基于磁阻法在线监测活塞环–缸套的磨损量,揭示了在氨燃料环境下船用低速机活塞环–缸套的腐蚀磨损行为机制。分析了润滑油、润滑油+水和润滑油+氨水溶液的黏度及pH值。试验结果表明,润滑油中掺入氨水会使得其黏度和pH值增加,影响其理化特性,使活塞环–缸套摩擦系数增加,并加剧其表面的涂层剥落和腐蚀,尤其是在长时段试验中,润滑油+氨水润滑状态下活塞环磨损量达到85.3μm,超过其最大许可磨损量(70μm)。 Ammonia was atomised and sprayed onto the friction region of the piston ring-cylinder liner specimen to simulate the corrosion of the friction pair by ammonia fuel,based on the wear experimental bench of the piston ring–cylinder liner with a large ring section for a marine low-speed engine.Comparative wear experiments of the piston ring–cylinder liner were carried out with lubricant,lubricant+water and lubricant+ammonia lubrication.The friction force,the friction coefficient,the surface geometrical features and other parameters were measured.The influences of ammonia on the friction and wear performance of the piston ringcylinder liner were analyzed.The wear amount of the piston ring-cylinder liner were on-line monitored based on the magneto-resistive method.The mechanism of corrosion and wear behaviour of the piston ring-cylinder liner under ammonia fuel environment was revealed.The viscosity and pH value of lubricating oil,lubricating oil water,and lubricating oil ammonia solution were analyzed.The experimental results show that the addition of ammonia in lubricating oil can increase the viscosity and pH value,affect the physicochemical properties,increase the friction coefficient of the piston ring-cylinder liner,and aggravate the coating flaking and corrosion on its surface.Especially in the long-term experiment,the wear amount of the piston ring under the lubrication of lubricating oil-ammonia reaches 85.3μm,exceeding the maximum allowable wear amount(70μm).
