摘要
为了提升针织服装生产线的生产平衡率,引入精益生产模式,从打样准备、首份技术跟踪指导、设备和辅助工具的准备方面,详述产前准备工作要点;采用就近生产原则、对工序合并优化以及控制节拍时间等措施,实现从裁剪到保全的全流程平衡集结生产;研究生产线排程建模以及生产线平衡技术,实现人员科学分配、工序平衡生产;开展员工技能培训和技术瓶颈攻关,以确保生产节拍标准。通过对比改善效果,指出:引入精益生产方式,能解决针织服装订单生产流程不固定、技术瓶颈多、节拍不平衡等问题导致的各环节存货多、生产效率低等问题;科学运用精益生产方式的基本手段、方法以及管理工具,不仅能减少企业用工、实现生产线平衡、提升生产效率,而且能提升产品制成率和产品质量。
In order to enhance the production balance rate of knitted garment production line,the lean production model is introduced.The key points of pre-production preparation are elaborated in detail from the aspects of sample making preparation,the first technical tracking guidance,and the preparation of equipment and auxiliary tools.By adopting measures such as the principle of local production,merging and optimizing processes,and controlling the cycle time,a balanced and assembled production process from cutting to maintenance is achieved throughout.Production line scheduling modeling and production line balancing technology are researched to achieve scientific personnel allocation and balanced production of processes.Employee skills training and technical bottleneck breakthroughs are carried out to ensure the standard production cycle.By comparing the improvement effects,it is pointed out that the introduction of lean production methods can solve problems such as excessive inventory and low production efficiency in each link caused by the unstable production process of knitted garment orders,numerous technical bottlenecks,and unbalanced cycle time.The scientific application of the basic means,methods and management tools of lean production can not only reduce the labor force of enterprises,achieve the balance of production lines and improve production efficiency,but also increase the product yield and product quality.
