基于智能纺织材料的可穿戴生物传感器研究进展

摘要 为解决传统可穿戴生物传感器长期佩戴舒适性不佳、易受外界干扰且寿命有限等问题,推动智能纺织材料在实时健康监测与疾病诊断中的应用,通过阐述一维纤维和二维织物2种智能纺织材料的制备技术、结构组成及研究现状,评估两者在可穿戴生物传感器中的应用特点,从能量收集和疾病诊断方面分析智能纺织材料在可穿戴生物传感器中的应用现状,并展望智能纺织材料在可穿戴生物传感器中的应用前景。指出:二维织物相比一维纤维,柔韧性好、传感性能优异,可通过不同功能纤维之间彼此交织协同,实现多功能扩展;现有可穿戴生物传感器多用于单一生物信号监测,多底物同时监测技术尚未成熟;基于智能纺织材料的可穿戴电子设备具有广泛的应用前景,提升可穿戴生物传感器的环境适应性,实现大规模生产、节能环保、可持续工作以及自供能,是可穿戴生物传感器的重要发展方向。 In order to solve the problems of poor long-term wearing comfort,susceptibility to external interference and limited service life of traditional wearable biosensors,and to promote the application of intelligent textile materials in real-time health monitoring and disease diagnosis,the preparation technology,structural composition and research status of two types of intelligent textile materials of one-dimensional fibers and two-dimensional fabrics are expounded,and their application characteristics in wearable biosensors are evaluated.The application status of intelligent textile materials in wearable biosensors from the aspects of energy harvesting and disease diagnosis is analyzed,and the application prospects of intelligent textile materials in wearable biosensors are looking forward to.It is pointed out that compared with one-dimensional fibers,two-dimensional fabrics have better flexibility and excellent sensing performance.Through the interweaving and coordination of different functional fibers,multi-functional expansion can be achieved.Most of the existing wearable biosensors are used for monitoring single biological signals,and the technology for simultaneous monitoring of multiple substrates is not yet mature.Wearable electronic devices based on intelligent textile materials have broad application prospects.Enhancing the environmental adaptability of wearable biosensors,achieving large-scale production,energy conservation and environmental protection,sustainable operation,and self-power supply are important development directions for wearable biosensors.
