电清疵群功能消除规律性疵点案例分析

摘要 为了做好纱线质量控制,介绍纱线规律性疵点的特点、危害及人工排查法、离线试验法和利用电清疵群功能在线监控法去除纱线规律性疵点的优缺点;以纺C 18.2 tex纱机械波、牵伸波管纱为例,结合条干仪质量报表、条干波谱图、条干不匀率曲线、变异长度曲线、线密度分布图以及DR曲线,分析电清疵群参数设置对疵群监控效果的影响及原因,提出整改措施并进行试验验证。指出:机械波、牵伸波疵点严重影响纱线的质量甚至布面质量,须严格把关;电清疵群参数设置为直径的1.35倍、长度为1.4 cm、重复次数为2次,能有效实现疵群切纱、减少成纱规律性疵点,提升纱线质量的稳定性和一致性。 In order to do a good job in the quality control of yarn,the characteristics and hazards of regular defects in yarn,as well as the advantages and disadvantages of manual inspection method,offline test method and online monitoring method using the function of electric cleaning defect group to remove regular defects in yarns are introduced.Taking the mechanical wave and the drafting wave tube yarn of spinning C 18.2 tex yarn as examples,combined with the quality report of the evenness tester,the evenness spectrogram,the unevenness rate curve,the variation length curve,the linear density distribution graph and the DR curve,the influence and causes of the parameter setting of electric cleaning defect group on the monitoring effect of the defect group are analyzed,and the rectification measures are proposed and verified through experiments.It is pointed out that mechanical wave and drafting wave defects seriously affect the quality of yarn and even the quality of fabric surface,and strict control must be exercised.The parameters for electric cleaning defect group are set to 1.35 times of the diameter,1.4 cm in length,and two repetiations,can effectively achieve defect group cutting of yarn,reduce regular defects in the finished yarn,and enhance the stability and consistency of yarn quality.
