摘要
为了提升差别化涤纶麻灰纱成纱质量,从梳棉机盖板踵趾差剖析白色色结和黑色色结的产生原因,依据盖板踵趾差理论,对差别化涤纶麻灰纱生产线的186G型梳棉机盖板踵趾差进行修复和调整,并提出建议。通过对比踵趾差优化前后的成纱质量,指出:盖板踵趾差修复后,隔距优化,生产的棉网清晰度全部达到二类以上标准,生条质量和成纱质量有效提高;纺企管理者和工艺技术人员应掌握并用好梳理理论,修复盖板踵趾差后注意盖板链条的运转灵活性,5点隔距应偏小掌握。
In order to improve the quality of differentiated polyester grey spun yarn,the causes of white and black color neps are analyzed from the flat heel-toe difference of the carding machine.Based on the theory of flat heel-toe difference,the flat heel-toe difference of the 186G carding machine is repaired and adjusted in the differentiated polyester grey spun yarn production line,and suggestions are put forward.By comparing the yarn quality before and after the optimization of the heel-toe difference,it is pointed out that after the repair of the flat heel-toe difference,the gauge is optimized,and the clarity of the produced cotton net all reached the second-class standard or above,and the quality of the carding sliver and the yarn are improved effectively.Managers and process technicians of textile enterprises should master and apply the carding theory well,and they should pay attention to the operational flexibility of the flat chain after repairing the flat heel-toe difference.The five-point gauges should be relatively small.
