摘要
为提高纺织企业新型纺纱用梳理器材选配水平和纺纱产质量,对比转杯纺、涡流纺、摩擦纺的纺纱特点,分析其对锡林针布、道夫针布、回转盖板针布、刺辊针布、固定盖板针布、分梳辊针布的梳理技术要求和创新点,并以实际纺纱案例说明。指出:新型纺纱梳理技术应在高速度、高质量、高产量、智能化、重定量、低消耗的基础上创新;转杯纺梳理器材创新主要围绕重定量、高产量、高效率进行,涡流纺梳理器材创新主要围绕提高梳理强度、减少纤维损伤、降低切疵数、提高涡流纺纱机效率进行,摩擦纺梳理器材创新围绕重定量、高产量进行;梳理器材几何尺寸优化、表面涂层处理技术新材料应用及结构设计等,可增强梳理效果、提高转移;梳理器材创新是适应新型纺纱技术发展的必然要求,在新型纺纱中应用新器材可有效提高纺纱产质量、降低消耗。
In order to enhance the selection level of carding accessories and the yield and quality of spinning for new spinning in textile enterprises,the spinning characteristics of rotor spinning,vortex spinning and friction spinning are compared.The carding technical requirements and innovation points for cylinder card clothing,doffer card clothing,rotary flat card clothing,taker-in card clothing,fixed flat card clothing and carding roller card clothing are analyzed,and actual spinning cases are used for illustration.It is pointed out that the new spinning carding technology should be innovated on the basis of high speed,high quality,high yield,intelligence,heavy weight and low consumption.The innovation of rotor spinning carding accessories mainly focuses on heavy weight,high yield and high efficiency.The innovation of vortex spinning carding accessories mainly focuses on enhancing carding strength,reducing fiber damage,lowering the number of cutting defects and improving the efficiency of vortex spinning machines.The innovation of friction spinning carding accessories mainly focuses on heavy weight and high yield.Optimization of the geometric dimensions of carding accessories,surface coating technology treatment,application of new materials and structural design,etc.,can enhance the carding effect and improve transfer.Innovation of new spinning carding accessories is an inevitable requirement to adapt to the development of new spinning technology.The application of new accessories in new spinning can effectively improve the yield and quality of spinning products and reduce consumption.
