曲折空腔-梯度泡沫复合型隔声结构隔声特性研究

摘要 为实现对于变电站低频噪声的有效控制,设计一种曲折空腔-梯度泡沫复合型隔声结构,采用有限元方法构建此新型隔声结构的声学模型,分析其隔声性能,并与传统双层隔声结构隔声性能进行对比,研究结构参数变化对新型隔声结构隔声性能的影响。通过仿真分析可知,所提出的新型隔声结构在100 Hz处隔声量较传统双层隔声结构提高30 dB,350~1300 Hz隔声量平均提升3 dB;上下板材料性能、结构厚度、填充泡沫材料性能会影响隔声结构全频域的隔声性能,填充泡沫厚度梯度形式主要影响隔声结构最低隔声量,分析结果可为隔声结构在变电站降噪工程中的应用提供理论支撑。 To realize the effective control of low frequency noise in substations,a zigzag cavity and gradient foam compound sound insulation structure was designed.The acoustic model of this new sound insulation structure was constructed by finite element method,and its sound insulation performance was analyzed and compared with that of traditional doublelayer sound insulation structure.The influence of structural parameter changes on the sound insulation performance of the new sound insulation structure was studied.Through simulation analysis,it was found that compared with the traditional double-layer sound insulation structure,the sound insulation capacity of the proposed new sound insulation structure is increased by 30 dB at 100 Hz,and the sound insulation capacity of 350-1300 Hz is increased by 3 dB in average.The material properties of the upper and lower plates,the thickness of the structure and the properties of the filled foam material can affect the sound insulation performance of the sound insulation structure in the full frequency domain,and the gradient form of the thickness of the filled foam mainly affects the minimum sound insulation amount of the sound insulation structure.The analysis results may provide a theoretical support for the application of the sound insulation structure in the noise reduction project of substations.
