摘要
矿用轴流式局部通风机是应用于煤矿井下掘进工作面的重要通风设备,其在工作时产生的强烈噪声严重危害作业人员身心健康,如何降低风机噪声成为亟待解决的问题。针对一台FBS No8.0型矿用两级轴流局部通风机,在3种导叶周向非均匀分布方案中,首先采用大涡模拟(Large Eddy Simulation,LES)方法对风机全流道内的非定常流动进行数值模拟,然后采用FW-H(Ffowcs Williams-Hawkings)方法预测风机各部分的气动噪声,重点研究第一级导叶周向非均匀分布对风机气动性能和噪声特性的影响。结果表明:在一定的调制振幅A范围内对导叶采用合理的周向非均匀分布方案,不会导致风机气动性能显著变化;第一级导叶周向非均匀分布可使第二级动叶吸力面的静压分布更均匀,抑制叶片涡流的产生及脱落,从而降低宽频噪声;第一级导叶周向非均匀分布,还可以降低低频段的离散噪声峰值,因此选择合适的调制振幅A,不仅能够保证风机的气动性能,而且具有显著的降噪效果。
Mineral axial-flow local fan is a vital ventilation equipment used in the tunneling face of coal mines.The high noise generated during its operation seriously endangers the physical and mental health of the workers.How to reduce the fan noise has become an urgent problem.In this paper,a mineral FBS No8.0 double-stage axial-flow local fan was selected as the study object.Three schemes of non-uniform circumferential distribution of the first-stage guide vanes were considered.The unsteady flow in the entire flow passage of the fan was numerically simulated by means of the Large Eddy Simulation(LES)method.Then the aerodynamic noise of each part of the fan was predicted by the Ffowcs Williams-Hawkings(FW-H)method.The influence of the non-uniform distribution of the first stage guide vanes on the aerodynamic performance and noise characteristics of the fan was analyzed.The results show that implementing reasonable circumferential nonuniform distribution for the guide vanes within a specific modulation amplitude range A will not cause significant changes of the aerodynamic performance of the fan.The circumferential non-uniform distribution of the first-stage guide vanes can make the static pressure distribution on the suction surface of the second-stage rotor blades more uniform,suppress the generation and detachment of vortex on the blade surfaces,and thus reduce the broadband noise.The circumferential non-uniform distribution of the first-stage guide vanes can also reduce the discrete noise peak in the low-frequency band.Therefore,selecting an appropriate modulation amplitude A can not only ensure the aerodynamic performance of the fan but also have a significant noise reduction effect.
