摘要
通过问卷调查和司法案例梳理发现,大学生网络安全意识较为薄弱、高校网络安全教育内容和方法较为滞后,尚未为国家网络安全提供有力人才支撑。新时代大学生网络安全教育体系应包含网络安全知识技能习得、网络风险意识提升、网络空间法治素养养成、社会主义核心价值观认同深化等核心要素。应将大学生网络安全教育融入思想政治理论课程,将网络安全素养与大学生专业需求融合并构建相应课程体系,多维整合网络安全教育资源共享平台,进一步提升大学生网络安全教育的实效性。
Through questionnaire surveys and judicial case analysis,it was found that college students have weak legal awareness of cyber security,and the content and methods of cyber security education in colleges and universities are relatively lagging behind,which has not yet provided effective talent support for the national cyber security.The network security education system for college students in the new era should include core elements such as acquiring network security knowledge and skills,enhancing network risk awareness,cultivating network legal literacy,and deepening recognition of socialist core values.Network security education for college students should be integrated into ideological and political theory courses,network security literacy should be integrated with the professional needs of college students,and a corresponding curriculum system should be constructed.A multi-dimensional network security education resource sharing platform should be integrated to further enhance the effectiveness of network security education for college students.
