光电挠度仪动态校准方法的研究

摘要 为实现对光电挠度仪的动态校准以确保动挠度测量的准确性,研究了一种基于显示器的非接触式动态校准方法。分析了通过显示器生成动态光斑替代传统使用LED作为光电挠度仪靶标并模拟动态位移的适用性,阐述了校准装置的结构组成、校准方法和原理。在此基础上开展了实验,从动挠度测量的最大值、振动频率以及X方向与Y方向挠度之间的映射关系对测量结果进行分析。实验结果表明,在10 m位置处光电挠度仪测量的最大挠度与标准最大挠度的相对误差最大不超过3%;在50 m位置处光电挠度仪测量的最大挠度与标准最大挠度的相对误差最大不超过4%。经傅里叶变换分析,测得的最大幅度对应的频率与实际振动频率一致,使用该方法可准确方便地实现对光电挠度仪的动态校准。 To achieve dynamic calibration of the photoelectric deflection meter to ensure the accuracy of dynamic deflection measurements,a non-contact dynamic calibration method based on a display screen was investigated.The feasibility of using a dynamic light spot generated on the display screen to replace the traditional LED target of the photoelectric deflection meter and simulate dynamic displacement was analyzed.The structure of the calibration device,the calibration method,and its principles were described.Experiments were conducted,and the measurement results were analyzed in terms of the maximum value of dynamic deflection,vibration frequency,and the mapping relationship between deflections in the X and Y directions.The experimental results showed that at a distance of 10 m,the relative error between the maximum deflection measured by the photoelectric deflection meter and the standard maximum deflection was no more than 3%;at a distance of 50 m,the relative error was no more than 4%.After Fourier transform analysis,the frequency corresponding to the measured maximum amplitude was consistent with the actual vibration frequency.The method can accurately and conveniently achieve dynamic calibration of the photoelectric deflection meter.
