摘要
党的十八届五中全会提出实施就业优先战略、加强对灵活就业、新就业形态的支持以来,灵活就业已成为数字时代稳就业、保民生的关键蓄水池。文章运用CiteSpace软件,对中国知网(CNKI)中核心文献进行可视化计量分析,绘制我国灵活就业研究的知识图谱,梳理其研究热点与发展趋势。研究发现,我国灵活就业研究热点围绕新业态背景下的多元就业与保障需求、平台经济与劳动治理的制度重构、城市空间中的流动人口与新型办公模式展开,且研究焦点从制度衔接向就业质量等多维议题演进。未来,研究还需要在选题深化、范畴拓展、价值回归等方面持续推进,为完善灵活就业治理体系提供参考。
Since the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed the implementation of the employment-first strategy and strengthened support for flexible employment and new forms of employment,flexible employment has become a key reservoir for stabilizing employment and ensuring living standards in the digital era.The article employs CiteSpace software to conduct visual quantitative analysis on core literature in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),and draw a knowledge graph of flexible employment research in China to sort out its research hotspots and development trends.Research findings suggest that research hotspots in flexible employment encompass diverse employment and security needs in the context of new business formats,institutional restructuring of platform economy and labor governance,mobile population in cities and new office models.In addition,the research focus has evolved from institutional connection to multidimensional issues such as employment quality.Future research needs to advance in areas such as deepening selection of research topics,expanding research and returing to value orientation.These findings provide a reference for improving the flexible employment governance system.
