摘要
城市住区密度形态和其空间碳排放特征有着紧密的联系,对于实现低碳住区发展至关重要。研究以苏州工业园区460个住区单元为研究对象,在系统梳理城市住区类型与属性特征的基础上,从建筑密度、经济密度、社会密度多维视角,分析城市住区密度与空间碳绩效相关性,进而从规划管控、技术支撑、政策保障等方面提出城市低碳住区的建设策略与路径。
The density pattern of urban settlements is closely related to its spatial carbon emission characteristics,which is crucial to the development of low-carbon settlements.Taking 460 residential units in Suzhou Industrial Park as the research object,on the basis of systematically sorting out the types and attribute characteristics of urban residential areas,we analyze the correlation between urban residential density and spatial carbon performance from the multi-dimensional perspectives of building density,economic density and social density,and then put forward the construction strategy and path of urban low-carbon residential areas from the aspects of planning control,technical support and policy guarantee.
