情境模拟联合问题导向教学法对宫颈癌化疗带教成效影响研究

Study on the Impact of Situational Simulation Combined with Problem-based Learning on the Effectiveness of Teaching in Chemotherapy for Cervical Cancer

摘要 目的探讨情境模拟教学与问题导向教学法(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)在宫颈癌临床带教中的实践成效。方法选取2022年9月—2024年12月在郑州大学第一附属医院肿瘤科实习的68名医学生作为研究对象。通过随机数字表法分成研究组、对照组,每组34人。对照组采取PBL教学法,研究组同时配合情境模拟教学,教学内容均为宫颈癌化疗。教学完成后组织统一专业理论知识考试和宫颈癌化疗操作考核,并通过量表对学生临床能力进行综合评测,通过问卷调查掌握临床带教满意度。结果教学后,研究组的专业理论知识、宫颈癌化疗操作的各项成绩均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。通过临床综合能力量表评测,研究组案例分析、医患沟通、自主学习、病史书写等得分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。通过问卷调查,研究组在学习兴趣提高、临床思维能力提升、理论知识得到巩固及临床应变能力提升方面的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论情境模拟联合PBL教学法应用到宫颈癌化疗带教中,有助于提升教学效果,提高学生的学习成绩,并有助于培养临床综合能力,受到学生的欢迎。 Objective To explore the practical impact of situational simulation teaching combined with problem-based learning(PBL)in clinical teaching for cervical cancer.Methods A total of 68 medical interns in the oncology department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from September 2022 to December 2024 were selected as research subjects.They were allocated into the research group and the control group with the random number table method,with 34 students in each group.The control group received the PBL teaching method,while the research group additionally incorporated situational simulation teaching.Both groups were taught about cervical cancer chemotherapy.After the teaching,unified professional theoretical knowledge exam and cervical cancer chemotherapy skills assessment were conducted.Additionally,a comprehensive evaluation of clinical abilities was performed with a scale,and questionnaires were distributed to assess satisfaction with clinical teaching.Results After the teaching,the research group demonstrated significantly higher scores in professional theoretical knowledge and all aspects of cervical cancer chemotherapy skills compared with the control group(P<0.05).According to the clinical comprehensive ability assessment,the research group scored significantly higher in case analysis,patient-physician communication,self-directed learning,and medical history documentation than the control group(P<0.05).The questionnaire survey revealed that the research group reported higher satisfaction in terms of increased learning interest,enhanced clinical thinking ability,reinforced theoretical knowledge,and improved clinical adaptability compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The integration of situational simulation teaching with PBL in the clinical teaching of cervical cancer chemotherapy not only enhances teaching outcomes and students'academic performance but also effectively fosters the development of comprehensive clinical skills,making it well-received by students.
