摘要
目的了解我国医学生道德认同现状并分析其影响因素,为医学生医德和人文素养教育提供参考依据。方法选取全国多所高校的14614名全日制医学生为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、道德认同量表和职业使命感量表进行调查。结果多元线性回归分析表明,性别、学历和职业使命感是高校医学生道德认同的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论高校医学生道德认同水平有待提高。教育者应重视医学生的德育和人文素养教育,增强医学生的道德认同感,为医疗卫生事业的稳定发展提供保障。
Objective To learn the status of medical students′moral identity in China and analysis its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for medical students′medical ethics and humanistic quality education.Methods 14,614 full-time medical students from universities in China were selected as the research subjects,and General Information Survey,Moral Identity Measure,and Chinese Calling Scale were used for investigation.Results Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that gender,education background and sense of professional mission were the influencing factors of medical students′moral identity(P<0.05).Conclusion The medical collegians′moral identity level needs to be improved.Educators should attach importance to medical students′moral and humanistic education,enhance their sense of moral identity,and provide guarantees for the stable development of the medical and health industry.
