高职院校二年级护理专业学生就业观及就业意向分析——以山西某职业技术学院为例

Analysis on Nursing Sophomores′Employment Concept and Employment Intention in Higher Vocational Colleges:Taking a Vocational and Technical College in Shanxi Province as an Example

摘要 目的调查山西某职业技术学院二年级护理专业学生(以下简称护生)的就业观及就业意向,分析影响因素,为开展更专业的就业指导、减少人才资源浪费提供依据。方法以二年级全体护生为研究对象,采用自编的高职护理专业学生就业观念和求职意向调查问卷进行调查。结果二年级护生对就业形势较为乐观,56.0%的认为就业形势比较好,61.6%的认为通过努力可以找到工作;未来择业时主要以工资薪酬(40.3%)、个人价值和发展前景(36.5%)为优先考虑因素;毕业后54.1%的护生打算继续考本科,28.9%的选择直接从事护理工作;打算选择三级和二级公立医院就业的护生分别占67.2%、22.2%;护生毕业去向的影响因素为性别、入学方式、家庭所在地、父母亲学历、父母双方是否从医。结论护生在就业过程中出现“慢就业”、基层就业意愿低的现象。需通过增强护生的职业认同感、助力护生职业成长和发展、提升核心竞争力以及政府和学校的政策倾斜来提升护生的就业质量。 Objective To investigate nursing sophomores′employment concept and employment intention in a vocational and technical college in Shanxi Province,analyze the influencing factors to provide basis for more professional employment guidance and reducing the waste of human resources.Methods Taking all nursing sophomores as the research subjects,a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate higher vocational nursing students′employment concept and intention.Results Nursing sophomores are relatively optimistic about the employment situation,with 56.0%believing that the employment situation is good and 61.6%believing that they can find a job through hard work.When choosing a career in the future,salary(40.3%),personal value,and development prospects(36.5%)will be given priority consideration.After graduation,54.1%of the nursing students planned to continue their und-ergraduate education,and 28.9%chose to directly engage in nursing work,67.2%and 22.2%of nursing students plan to choose employment in Grade-A and secondary public hospitals,respectively.The influencing factors on nursing students′graduation destination include gender,enrollment way,family location,parents′education level,and whether parents both are engagedd in medicine or not.Conclusion The phenomenons of"slow employment"and low willingness to work at the grassroots level during the employment process exist among nursing students.It is necessary to enhance nursing students′professional identity,assist in their career growth and development,improve their core competitiveness,and implement government and school policies to improve nursing students′employment quality.
