全科医学概论课程对农村订单定向生全科医学认知的影响

摘要 目的了解全科医学概论课程对农村订单定向生全科医学认知及未来职业思想的影响,并对其影响因素进行分析,为农村订单定向生设置更合理且具有针对性的全科医学相关专业课程提供参考。方法采用自编调查问卷对重庆医科大学临床医学专业(订单定向)大四、大五学生进行网络问卷调查。结果学习全科医学概论课程前,约1/3的学生对于我国目前全科医学发展状况、全科医生培养模式、全科医学理念及思维模式等部分了解;学习该课程后,大多数学生认为在本科阶段开设全科医学概论课程是有必要的,通过学习该课程对全科医学产生兴趣,表示该课程有助于了解全科医生工作职责、应具备的能力、将来从事的岗位工作。对国家发展全科医学及培养全科医生相关政策、我国全科医生培养模式、全科医学理念及思维模式了解程度和全科医学概论课程是否有助于对全科医学产生兴趣、促进对全科医学认知和观念转变以及毕业后自身全科医疗事业发展是学生服务期满后选择继续当全科医生的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论全科医学概论课程对农村订单定向生全科医学认知及职业思想影响大,承担订单定向生培养任务的医学院校应加强全科医学课程体系建设,优化、细化全科医学人才培养计划,同时加强政策宣传、引导,促使更多订单定向医学生选择成为一名扎根基层的全科医生。 Objective To learn the influence of introduction to general practice course on demand-oriented rural medical students′general practice cognition and future professional thinking,and to analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for setting up more reasonable and targeted correlation professional courses of general practice for demand-oriented rural medical students.Methods Self-compiled questionnaires were used to survey the senior and Grade 5 students(demand-oriented)majored in clinical medicine in Chongqing Medical University.Results Before taking the introduction to general practice course,about one-third of the students had a partial learning of the development status of general practice in China,the training mode of general practitioners,the concept and thinking mode of general practice.After learning this course,most students believe that it is necessary to set up introduction to general practice course in the undergraduate education.They are interested in general practice through learning this course,and express that this course is being to learn the job responsibilities,abilities and future jobs of general practitioners.The influencing factors for students to choose to continue to be general practitioners after their service period are whether their learning of the correlation national policies for the development of general practitioners and the training of general practitioners,the training mode of general practitioners in China,the concept and thinking mode of general practitioners,and whether the introduction to general practitice course can help them to have an interest in general practitioners or not,promote the change of their knowledge and concept of general practitioners,and development of their own general medical career after graduation(P<0.05).Conclusion The introduction to general practice course has a great impact on demand-oriented rural medical students′general practice cognition and professional thinking.Medical colleges undertaking the task of cultivating demand-oriented students should strengthen the construction of the course system of general practice,optimize and refine the training plan of general practice talents,as well as strengthen policy publicity and guidance,so as to promote more demand-oriented students to choose to become a general practitioner rooted in the grassroots.
