摘要
信息化时代下,医学院校开展劳动教育是实现立德树人根本任务的重要保证。医学生作为未来医疗行业的中坚力量,接受的劳动教育直接关系到医疗行业的发展。新时代的劳动教育将医学生的专业特点与劳动教育相结合,促进医学生德智体美劳全面发展。本文采用问卷调查法和深度访谈法等对新时代医学生劳动教育现状进行调查,探讨并分析存在的问题。具体实施路径:以人工智能为帆,强化劳动教育地位;搭建劳动教育实践平台,创新劳动教育模式;乡村振兴与劳动教育深度融合,营造劳动教育氛围;加强校内外资源协同建设,提升劳动教育质量,以期为医学生劳动教育的改进与发展提供有益参考。
In the era of informatization,carrying out labor education in medical colleges is an important guarantee for achieving the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people.As the backbone of the future healthcare industry,the labor education received by medical students is directly related to the development of the healthcare industry.The labor education in the new era combines the professional characteristics of medical students with labor education,promoting the comprehensive development of medical students′morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor skills.This paper investigates the status of labor education of medical students in the new era by means of questionnaires and in-depth interviews,and discusses and analysis the existing problems.Specific implementation path:taking artificial intelligence as the sail,strengthening the status of labor education;build a plateau for labor education practice and innovate the labor education model;deep integration of rural revitalization and labor education,creating a labor education atmosphere;Strengthen the collaborative construction of internal and external resources,improve the quality of labor education,in order to provide useful references for the improvement and development of labor education for medical students.
