摘要
本文综述了当前国内外在蓝莓保鲜领域应用的多种技术,包括低温贮藏、气调贮藏、涂膜保鲜及植物精油处理等保鲜技术;对目前常见的蓝莓加工产品展开了详细介绍,涵盖蓝莓果酒、果酱、饮品等多个品类,并进一步阐述了这些主要产品在加工技术方面的研究现状,包括研究的重点方向以及取得的成果等,以期为我国蓝莓产业在保鲜、加工等环节的发展提供参考,助力提升蓝莓的综合利用效率与产业附加值。
This article provides an overview of various technologies applied in the field of blueberry preservation both domestically and internationally,including low-temperature storage,controlled atmosphere storage,coating preservation,and plant essential oil treatment.It offers a detailed introduction to common blueberry processed products currently available on the market,covering multiple categories such as blueberry wine,jam,and beverages.Furthermore,it elaborates on the current research status of these major products in terms of processing technology,including key research directions and achieved results.The aim is to provide a reference for the development of China's blueberry industry in preservation and processing,and to assist in enhancing the comprehensive utilization efficiency and industrial added value of blueberries.
