贵州省锂电池生产过程中固废处理情况研究——以两家锂电池材料生产企业为例

摘要 自2021年起,贵州省开始大力推动锂电池产业的发展,全力构建“电动贵州”全产业链品牌。调研了该产业链中的“电池生产”环节,以贵州省两家锂电池材料生产企业为例,对比分析了它们在生产过程中对所产生固体废弃物的处理处置情况。研究结果发现,相较于步入快车道发展的新能源材料行业,动力电池生产过程中产生固废的处理相对滞后,处理能力和技术均呈现不足的状态,企业缺乏自主处理技术和消纳能力,委外处置的固废具体处理路径不明。部分生产固废由于未甄别其类别而未进行最终处置。企业希望得到国家产业政策以及国家生态环境保护专项资金的支持,以研发产生固废的处理消纳技术,促进贵州省锂电池材料行业的高质量发展。 Since 2021,Guizhou Province has been vigorously promoting the development of the lithium battery industry,striving to build a full industrial chain brand of"Electric Guizhou".This article investigates the"battery production"segment of this industrial chain,taking two new energy material production enterprises in Guizhou Province as examples to compare and analyse their handling and disposal of solid waste generated during the production process.The research findings indicate that,compared to the rapidly developing new energy materials industry,the handling of solid waste generated during the production of power batteries is relatively lagging,with both processing capacity and technology showing inadequacies.Enterprises lack independent processing technology and disposal capacity,and the specific disposal paths for outsourced solid waste are unclear.Additionally,some production solid waste has not been identified by its waste category,leading to a lack of final disposal.Enterprises also hope to receive support from national industrial policies and special funds for ecological and environmental protection to develop technologies for the treatment and disposal of solid waste,promoting the high-quality development of the lithium battery materials industry in Guizhou Province.
