耦合服务器结构特性的数据中心气流组织数值分析与优化

Numerical analysis and optimization of airflow organization in data centers based on coupling server structural characteristics

摘要 文章在考虑服务器结构特点的基础上,通过构建数值仿真模型,进一步明确了气流组织形式对数据中心温度场分布特性的影响规律。从仿真结果可知,机房中封闭冷通道可以有效解决换热不充分及冷热气流掺混现象等问题,机房内气流均匀性更好,空调送风均匀,冷却效果好且没有局部热点风险,有效提高冷量利用率。列间空调的不同摆放方式也对机房热环境有小幅度影响,空调斜对布置比正对布置形式下降温效果更好。在房间级地板下送风工况下,在空调进风口处添加弧形隔板,以及在机柜内空置区域安装盲板,均可以有效提高冷量利用率,优化机房热环境。最后,运用热环境评价指标来评价机房热环境,进一步验证计算结果。 In this paper,on the basis of considering the structural characteristics of the server,through the construction of the numerical simulation model,the influence of the airflow organisation form on the temperature field distribution characteristics of the data centre is further clarified.From the simulation results,it can be seen that the closed cold channel in the server room can effectively solve the phenomenon of insufficient heat transfer and hot and cold airflow mixing,the airflow uniformity in the server room is better,the air-conditioner sends air to the cooling effect of uniformity and there is no risk of local hot spots,which effectively improves the utilisation rate of the cooling capacity.Different ways of placing air-conditioners between columns also have a small impact on the thermal environment of the server room,air conditioners arranged diagonally to the form of better cooling effect than the opposite arrangement.In the case of room-level under-floor air supply,the addition of curved partitions at the air inlet of the air conditioner,as well as the installation of blind panels in the vacant areas of the cabinets,can effectively improve the utilisation rate of the cooling capacity and optimise the thermal environment of the server room.Finally,the thermal environment evaluation index is applied to evaluate the thermal environment of the machine room to further validate the calculation results.
