文物建筑修缮围护结构节能改造策略研究——以中国建筑东北设计研究院有限公司办公楼为例

摘要 针对严寒地区文物建筑修缮中围护结构节能改造的技术难题,以修建于1954年位于沈阳市的中国建筑东北设计研究院办公楼为研究对象,提出一种兼顾历史原貌保护与节能性能提升的综合改造策略。通过针对建筑存在外墙开裂、屋面渗漏、外窗热工性能差等问题,结合文物保护法规约束,创新采用夹心墙保温、增设屋顶轻质混凝土保温层及外窗升级为铝包木高性能门窗等技术措施,并进行节点构造处理,有效解决了墙体结露问题。经建筑能耗模拟验证,改造后建筑供暖能耗降低43.5%,实测室内平均温度由16.5℃提升至20.5℃。经使用后评估表明,改造方案在保留清水砖墙、木屋架等历史特征的前提下,显著提升了室内热环境质量,节能效果符合《公共建筑节能设计标准》。研究结果为严寒地区文物建筑的低干预、高能效改造提供了可复用的技术路径,对实现“双碳”目标下的历史建筑可持续利用具有重要示范意义。 This study addresses on the technical challenges of energy-saving retrofitting of envelope structures in the repair of cultural relic buildings in cold regions.Taking the office building of the China Northeast Architecture Design and Research Institute,constructed in 1954 in Shenyang City,as the research object,an integrated retrofitting strategy is proposed that balances the protection of historical appearance and the improvement of energy-saving performance.By targeting the existing issues of the building,such as cracked exterior walls,roof leakage,and poor thermal performance of exterior windows,and considering the constraints of cultural heritage protection regulations,innovative technical measures are adopted including the sandwich wall insulation,addition of lightweight concrete insulation layers on the roof,and upgrading of exterior windows to high-performance aluminum-clad wooden windows.Node construction treatments are also implemented to effectively solve the wall condensation.Building energy consumption simulation verified that the heating energy consumption of the building is reduced to 43.5%after retrofitting.The average indoor temperature is increased from 16.5℃to 20.5℃.Post-occupancy evaluation shows that the retrofitting plan significantly improves the indoor thermal environment while retaining historical features such as exposed brick walls and wooden roof trusses,and the energy-saving effect meets the“Standard for Energy Design of Public Buildings”.A reusable technical pathway for low-intervention and high-energy-efficiency retrofitting of cultural relic buildings in cold regions shows important demonstrative significance for the sustainable utilization of historical buildings under the“Dual-carbon Goals”.
