摘要
BIM作为项目信息分析、模拟、记录的数字化设计手段,其广泛应用将有利于建筑全寿命周期内实现建筑节能减排。通过介绍BIM技术应用于润友临港总部办公项目案例的过程,说明项目中BIM设计工作流程的制定及其在设计各个阶段的应用详情;BIM技术在支持绿色建筑评估工作中可提高评估效率,优化建筑性能;管线碰撞优化及多专业协同二维输出图纸的过程。通过项目中BIM技术解决的实际问题论证了其在提升设计工作效率、实现高品质设计、绿色建筑设计及提高各专业协同沟通的作用,以提供借鉴。
As a digital technical means for project information analysis,simulation and recording,the application of BIM will help more projects to achieve building energy conservation and emission reduction in the whole life cycle of buildings.Through the process of applying BIM technology to the Runyou Lingang Headquarters office project,this paper introduces the formulation of BIM design workflow and its application in each design stage;the application of BIM technology in supporting green building assessment to improve the efficiency of green building assessment and optimize the appropriate measures for building performance;the process of pipeline collision optimization and multi-disciplinary collaborative 2D output drawings.It shows that BIM technology plays an important role in improving design efficiency,green building design and the coordination and communication of all disciplines,providing reference for architectural designers,and discussing the new opportunities for BIM related technology to promote green buildings.
