摘要
公共建筑供暖空调冷热源系统可回收利用的余热形式主要有燃气锅炉或直燃机的烟气余热、空调制冷系统的冷凝热。结合不同建筑类型以及冷热需求,可采用不同的技术路线进行余热回收利用。回收的余热加热采暖、卫生热水的回水或补水,可减少冷热源的能源消耗、空调系统冷却塔的耗电量和蒸发散热的耗水量。通过理论分析和不同类型公共建筑工程应用实例研究,3年内均可回收投资。综合制冷工况空调制冷系统冷凝热回收和制热工况燃气设备排烟余热深度回收利用,投资回收周期基本在2年左右,是最节能、经济性最佳的余热回收方式。新建建筑在设计阶段采用余热回收技术比既有建筑改造更有优势。余热回收是实现公共建筑节能降碳的有效方式。
The recyclable waste heat forms of heating,ventilation and air conditioning system for public buildings mainly include the exhaust heat from gas fired boiler or direct-fired machines,and the condensate heat from air conditioning refrigeration systems.Combined with different building types and cold and heat needs,different technical routes can be used for waste heat recovery.The recyclable waste heat can be used to heat the return or supplemental water that can reduce the energy consumption of cold and heat source,the power and evaporable water consumption of cooling tower.Through theoretical analysis and application examples study of different types of public buildings,the investment can be recovered within three years.The investment recovery cycle of the comprehensive conditions condensation heat recovery of refrigeration system and exhaust waste deep heat recovery of gas equipment in heating operating mode is basically about two years,which is the most energy-saving and economical waste heat recovery method.Adding waste heat recovery technology in the design stage of new buildings has more advantages than existing building retrofitting.Waste heat recovery is an effective way to realize energy saving and carbon reduction in public buildings.
