摘要
本文系统比较了地质实验室中常用的微量元素分析方法,包括原子吸收光谱法(AAS)、电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)、X射线荧光光谱法(XRF)。通过理论基础分析、方法比较与综合评价,探讨了各方法的优缺点及其在不同应用场景中的适用性。在此基础上,提出了方法整合与综合应用、数据处理与分析优化、以及技术进步与未来发展的优化策略。研究表明,整合多种分析方法、优化数据处理流程和引入新技术是提高微量元素分析准确性和效率的有效途径。本文的研究为地质学及相关领域的微量元素分析提供了系统的理论指导和实用的优化方案。
In this paper,the authors systematically compare the commonly used trace element analysis methods in geological laboratories,including atomic absorption spectroscopy(AAS),inductively plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),and X-ray fluorescence spectrometry(XRF).Through theoretical analysis,method comparison,and comprehensive evaluation,advantages and disadvantages of each method and its applicability in different application scenarios are discussed.On this basis,optimization strategies such as method integration and comprehensive application,data processing and analysis optimization,technological progress and future development are proposed.The study shows that integrating multiple analysis methods,optimizing the data processing workflow,and introducing new technologies are effective ways to improve the accuracy and of trace element analysis.The research in this paper provides systematic theoretical guidance and practical optimization schemes for trace element analysis in geology and related fields.
