摘要
目的:建立叶类药材性状、显微鉴定特征方法的数字化研究规范。方法:通过中药材性状和显微鉴定的方法,应用数码成像和数字化技术对叶类中药材的结构特征进行观察、分析、归纳和总结。结果:根据叶的性状、脉序、叶表皮、叶主脉横切面、叶的粉末显微特征五方面,将叶类中药材的鉴定方法进行了总结规范。结论:建立的规范为叶类中药材的鉴定、分类及规范化的研究提供了科学依据,为叶类中药材数字标本库的建立及从业人员鉴定能力的提高提供参考。
Objective:To establish the digital research specifications of macroscopic and microscopic identification methods for leaf type of chinese materia medica.Methods:According to macroscopic and microscopic identification methods for Chinese herbal medicines,digital imaging and digital technology were applied to observe,analyze,and summarize the structural characteristics of leaf type of Chinese materia medica.Results:The identification methods were summarized and standardized based on five aspects,including the traits,the venation,the surface view,the cross-section of the main vein,and the powder microscopy.Conclusion:The standard established in this study provides a scientific basis for the identification,classification,and standardization of leaf type of Chinese materia medica.It can also serve as a reference for the establishment of digital specimens bank of leaf type of Chinese materia medica and the improvement in the identification ability of practitioners.
