摘要
习近平文化思想的人民性深刻揭示了引领和推动新时代文化建设中文化与人民的关系问题。集中表现为文化由人民创造、文化发展来自人民、文化反映人民意愿,强调坚持党性和人民性相统一,把体现党的主张和反映人民心声统一起来;坚持以人民为中心的工作导向,把满足人民精神文化需求作为出发点和落脚点;坚持文化成果由人民共享,把文化作为推动高质量发展的重要支点。在实践指向上,继续推动文化繁荣发展要坚定文化自信,增强社会主义意识形态话语权,不断提升广大人民群众的思想道德水平和精神文化素质,不断深化公共文化服务供给侧结构性改革,着眼人民的精神文化需求提供更加多样、更高品质的公共文化服务,使人民享有更加美好的精神文化生活,真正做实做细做好文化发展为了人民。
The people-oriented nature of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture offers a profound exposition of the relationship between culture and the people in leading and advancing cultural development in the new era.This orientation is manifested in several key dimensions:culture is created by the people,cultural development originates from the people,and culture reflects the will of the people.It emphasizes the unity of Party spirit and people-centeredness,integrating the expression of the Party’s principles with the reflection of the people’s voices;upholding a people-centered approach to cultural work by taking the satisfaction of the people’s spiritual and cultural needs as both the starting point and ultimate goal;and ensuring that cultural achievements are shared by the people,positioning culture as a crucial pillar for promoting high-quality development.In terms of practical direction,the continued promotion of cultural prosperity and development requires firm cultural confidence,the strengthening of discourse power within the socialist ideological framework,and the constant enhancement of the ideological,moral,and cultural literacy of the broad masses.It also necessitates deepening supply-side structural reforms in public cultural services,focusing on the people’s spiritual and cultural needs to provide more diverse and higher-quality public cultural services,thereby ensuring that the people truly enjoy a richer spiritual and cultural life.These efforts are essential to substantively and effectively fulfill the principle that cultural development must serve the people.
