高效抗菌养殖水帘纸的制备及性能研究

摘要 随着集约养殖业发展,畜禽对生存环境要求愈发严苛,特别在炎热夏季时,高效抗菌养殖水帘纸的需求尤为迫切。该研究创新性的采用原位紫外光照射法,成功将Ag纳米颗粒引入抗菌水帘纸。实验结果表明,适量Ag元素的添加,不仅有效提升了水帘纸的过滤性能,使其能够更高效地过滤空气中的杂质和微生物,同时还显著改善了其力学性能,增强了其耐用性和稳定性,杀菌性能更是达到100%。这一成果有望增强现有养殖场水帘纸的过滤与杀菌效能,对后续抗菌水帘纸的性能优化和材料创新具有理论指导价值。 With the development of intensive farming,the requirements for the living environment of livestock and poultry have become increasingly stringent.During the hot summer months,the demand for highly effective antibacterial curtain paper is particularly urgent.In this study,we used the in situ ultraviolet light irradiation method to successfully introduce Ag nanoparticles into an antibacterial curtain paper.The addition of an appropriate amount of Ag not only improved the filtration performance of the curtain paper,which can effectivly filter the impurities and microorganisms in the air,but also significantly enhanced its mechanical properties,especially the durability and stability.In addition,it even increased its bactericidal efficiency to 100%.This achievement is expected to enhance the filtration and antibacterial effectiveness of existing curtain papers in farms and provides significant theoretical guidance for the development of related products.
