摘要
活血化瘀法为中医临床常用治法之一,在临床治疗中应用非常广泛。贾六金教授擅长应用活血化瘀法治疗内、外、妇、儿各科疑难病症。临床诊疗时,贾六金教授凭借其丰富的临床经验,依据患者具体病情,或巧妙灵活加味,或精准与他方合方,力求方药与病症丝丝入扣、紧密贴合,从而达到理想的治疗效果。贾六金教授运用活血化瘀法治疗小儿癫痫、声带小结、肺炎支原体肺炎、髋关节滑膜炎等常见疾病,以活血化瘀为核心治法,结合小儿“脏腑娇嫩、形气未充”“稚阴稚阳”的生理特点,注重攻补兼施、标本同治。同时,依据具体病症,灵活配伍化痰开窍、利咽散结、宣肺止咳、通络止痛等治法,形成了系统的辨治体系。通过对病例的详细分析,总结贾六金教授应用活血化瘀法的独特思路与宝贵经验,以期为儿科同仁提供借鉴与参考。
The blood-activating and stasis-resolving method,a fundamental therapeutic approach in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),is extensively applied in clinical practice.Professor Jia Liujin specializes in utilizing this method to treat complex pediatric conditions.Guided by his extensive clinical experience,he tailors treatments through precise formula modifications or synergistic formula combinations to ensure therapeutic alignment with disease patterns.For pediatric epilepsy,vocal nodules,mycoplasma pneumonia,and hip synovitis,he centers therapy on blood-activation and stasisresolution while accounting for children′s physiological traits of“tender viscera with immature qi and physical structure”and“immature yin and yang”.This approach emphasizes simultaneous attack and supplementation,targeting both root and branch.He flexibly integrates adjunctive strategies:resolving phlegm to open orifices for epilepsy,soothing the throat to dissipate nodules for vocal nodules,diffusing the lung to suppress cough for pneumonia,and dredging collaterals to relieve pain for synovitis.Through detailed case analysis,this study synthesizes Professor Jia′s unique clinical insights,offering valuable references for pediatric practitioners.
