摘要
档案是铸牢中华民族共同体意识的重要载体,贵州苗族历史档案资源在传承民族文化多样性、夯实文化认同、深化政治认同等方面具有重要价值。当前贵州苗族历史档案资源建设虽取得一定成效,但仍面临档案分散管理、散存档案征集困难、资源类型结构失衡及数字技术应用滞后等现实困境。据此本文提出健全制度保障,构建多元协同机制,推进文化资源建档,深化数字技术赋能等优化路径,旨在推动苗族历史档案从地方性记忆向中华民族共有文化资源转化,切实服务于铸牢中华民族共同体意识。
Against the backdrop of the indepth advancement of the national strategy of consolidating the consciousness of a community for the Chinese nation,the historical archival resources of the Miao ethnic group in Guizhou have multiple values in inheriting the diversity of ethnic cultures,consolidating cultural identity,and deepening political identity.Although certain achievements have been made in the construction of historical archival resources of the Miao ethnic group in Guizhou Province at present,it still faces practical predicaments such as decentralized management of archives,difficulties in collecting scattered archives,imbalance in the structure of resource types,and lagging application of digital technology.Based on this,this paper proposes to improve institutional guarantees,build a multi-party collaborative mechanism,promote the archiving of cultural resources,and deepen the empowerment of digital technology and other optimization paths,aiming to facilitate the transformation of Miao historical archives from local memory to the shared cultural resources of the Chinese nation,and truly serve the consolidation of the consciousness of the Chinese nation as a community.
