脲基四苯乙烯衍生物的合成及光学性质

摘要 近年来具有聚集诱导发射(AIE)性能的四苯基乙烯(TPE)衍生物作为一类新兴荧光材料受到人们广泛的关注。本文以四苯乙烯化合物2为原料,通过多步反应合成了含有脲基长链的四苯乙烯衍生物(5)。化合物5与4-甲酰基苯硼酸通过Suzuki偶联反应合成了化合物6。化合物6由于脲基的吸电子效应与更大的共轭效应,实现了吸收和发射峰的红移,最大发射波长为517nm。化合物5在含水量为99%(体积分数,下同)时,达到最大荧光强度。化合物6在含水量为70%时,达到最大荧光强度。由于脲基长链的氢键作用,成功制备了化合物6的凝胶,凝胶的荧光强度是悬浮液的2倍。 Aggregation-induced emission(AIE)fluorophore based on tetraphenylethylene(TPE)is a new class of fluorescent materials,which has received extensive attention.In this paper,tetraphene derivative 5 with urea long chain was synthesized from the compound 2 by multi-step reaction.Compound 6 was synthesized from compound 5 with 4-formylphenylboric acid by Suzuki reaction.Compound 6 has a redshift of the absorption peak and a maximum emission wavelength of 517 nm due to the electronwithdrawing effect of the urea group and greater conjugation effect.We investigated the AIE properties of 5 and 6,and the maximum fluorescence intensity of 5 was achieved when the water content(volume fraction,the same below)was 99%.Compound 6 reached its maximum fluorescence intensity at 70% water.Due to the hydrogen bonding of the long urea group,we successfully prepared a gel of compound 6.Notably,the fluorescence intensity of the gel was two times stronger than that of the suspension of 6.
