摘要
永胜县作为金沙江流域干热河谷气候与人类活动相互作用的典型区域,承担着构建长江上游关键生态安全屏障的重要使命。基于全面的调查研究,深入探讨了永胜县国土绿化工作的必要性和可行性,并建议将全县划分为3个主要区域:干热河谷生态脆弱区、水源涵养重点生态区以及特色经济林改造提升区,通过分区施策开展国土绿化建设,旨在为永胜县在新时代科学推进大规模国土绿化行动提供参考。
Yongsheng County,as the primary area and a typical representative of the interaction between the dry-hot valley climate in the Jinsha River Basin and human activities,undertakes the significant mission of constructing a crucial ecological security barrier in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River.Based on comprehensive investigations and research,this paper delves deeply into the necessity and implementation feasibility of the national land greening work in Yongsheng County.It is recommended that the county be divided into three main regions:the ecologically vulnerable dry-hot valley region,the key ecological region for water conservation,and the region for the transformation and improvement of characteristic economic forests.By implementing region-specific strategies to carry out national land greening construction,this study aims to provide decision-making references for the scientific promotion of large-scale national land greening actions in Yongsheng County in the new era.
