摘要
花园式示范街区的建设是落实北京花园城市建设的具体行动,大兴区作为“京南门户”,为推动首都花园城市建设,积极探索花园式示范街区的建设路径,以促进绿色空间与城市功能有机融合。以大兴区2024年花园式示范街区建设项目为例,通过实地调研,深入分析街区现状,针对现状景观效果不佳、功能配置单一、空间融合度不够等问题,采取改造绿化景观、优化功能空间布局、拓展绿色空间等方式,构建便捷舒适、功能复合、开放融合的花园式示范街区。提出了功能与空间有机融合、多维度提高绿化密度、多元参与机制的花园式示范街区的设计改造策略。本研究为未来花园式示范街区的建设提供参考与借鉴。
The construction of garden-style demonstration blocks is a concrete action in implementing Beijing's garden city initiative.As the"southern gateway to the capital",Daxing District is actively exploring pathways to develop such blocks in order to advance Beijing's garden city development,aiming to promote the organic integration of green spaces with urban functions.Taking Daxing District's 2024 garden-style demonstration block construction project as an example,through field research and comprehensive analysis of current conditions,targeted measures were implemented to address issues such as suboptimal landscape aesthetics,limited functional configurations,and insufficient spatial integration.By renovating green spaces,optimizing functional layouts,and expanding green areas,the district has been transformed into a convenient,multifunctional,and open integrated garden living community.A design and renovation strategy for a garden-style demonstration block was proposed,which integrates functions with space,increases greenery density in multiple dimensions,and adopts a diversified participation mechanism.The research on the construction of garden-style demonstration blocks provides a reference and inspiration for the future construction of such blocks.
