摘要
目的 设计一种眼科专用康复枕垫,以满足眼底手术患者术后使用枕垫的需求。方法 通过创新设计,该枕垫结构主要包括安置垫和支撑垫,将支撑垫与安置垫转动连接可组成类似“∫”形结构,便于患者保持俯卧面向下体位;将支撑垫转动至安置垫下方则可组成类似“C”形结构,患者可更换为坐位面向下姿势以维持体位,缓解身体不适。结果 眼科专用康复枕垫有助于患者术后长期保持面向下体位,改善患者舒适度,提高依从性。结论 眼科专用康复枕垫设计巧妙,功能齐全,有助于提高手术成功率及患者治疗效果,具有临床应用价值。
【Objective】To design a specialized ophthalmic rehabilitation pillow for patients post retinal surgery.【Methods】The pillow comprises a positioning pad and a supporting pad,rotationally connected to each other.Configuring the support pad atop the positioning pad forms a"ʃ"-shaped structure to facilitate a prone,face-down position.Alternatively,rotating the support pad beneath the positioning pad creates a"C"-shaped structure,enabling a seated,face-down posture to alleviate physical discomfort.【Results】This design effectively assists patients in maintaining the required long-term face-down positioning,thereby improving comfort and compliance.【Conclusion】The specialized ophthalmic rehabilitation pillow is ingeniously designed with comprehensive functionality.It addresses a critical postoperative need,which may contribute to enhancing surgical success rates and improving patient outcomes,demonstrating significant clinical application value.
