摘要
目的了解南京市江宁中医院门诊心血管类中成药的处方情况,为临床合理使用心血管类中成药提供参考价值。方法通过医院信息系统,抽取2022年8月—2024年7月中国药科大学附属江宁中医院门诊心血管类中成药处方2400张进行处方点评,分析不合理处方及其产生原因,并提出相应措施。结果本次纳入的处方中涉及中成药品种9种,其中活血化瘀类占比最高;其次为益气养阴类和理气宽胸类。存在的主要问题为处方书写不规范、用药不适宜、存在配伍禁忌和超常处方等,其中不合理处方共计146张,占比6.08%,其中处方书写不规范共50张,占比2.08%,用药不适宜处方67张,占比2.79%。结论通过处方点评的形式可以发现处方中的诸多问题,针对这些问题制订相应措施可以推动心血管疾病治疗水平的进步,提升临床治疗效果,促进中成药的临床合理用药。
Objective To understand the prescription situation of proprietary Chinese medicines for cardiovascular diseases in the outpatient department of Jiangning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to China Pharmaceutical University and to provide reference value for the rational clinical use of proprietary Chinese medicines for cardiovascular diseases.Methods Through the hospital information system,2,400 prescriptions of proprietary Chinese medicines for cardiovascular diseases in the outpatient department of our hospital from August 2022 to July 2024 were extracted for prescription review.The irrational prescriptions and their causes were analyzed,and corresponding measures were proposed.Results Among the prescriptions included this time,9 varieties of proprietary Chinese medicines were involved.Among them,the category of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis accounted for the highest proportion,;followed by the categories of benefiting qi and nourishing yin and regulating qi and expanding the chest.The main problems were non-standard prescription writing,inappropriate medication,existence of compatibility contraindications and extraordinary prescriptions,etc.Among them,there were a total of 146 irrational prescriptions,accounting for 6.08%.Among them,there were 50 non-standard prescription writings,accounting for 2.08%,and 67 inappropriate medication prescriptions,accounting for 2.79%.Conclusion Through the form of prescription review,various problems in prescriptions can be identified.Formulating corresponding measures for these problems can promote the progress of cardiovascular disease treatment,improve clinical treatment effects,and facilitate the rational clinical use of Chinese patent medicines.
