摘要
目的 探讨加减丹参保心汤联合阿托伐他汀钙片干预冠心病患者心功能的临床效应。方法 纳入118例冠心病患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(59例,采用阿托伐他汀钙片治疗)和试验组(59例,在对照组的基础上给予加减丹参保心汤治疗)。比较两组临床疗效及不良反应,比较两组治疗前、治疗后中医证候积分、心功能、血管内皮功能及血清因子。结果 治疗前,两组胸部针扎样疼痛、痛处固定、心悸、胸闷气短、面色晦黯、肢体麻木、口唇青紫积分,心功能,血管内皮功能,脂蛋白相关性磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)、淀粉样蛋白A1 (SAA1)、细胞间黏附分子(ICAM-1)水平比较(P>0.05);治疗后与治疗前比较,两组胸部针扎样疼痛、痛处固定、心悸、胸闷气短、面色晦黯、肢体麻木、口唇青紫积分,心功能,血管内皮功能,脂蛋白相关性磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)、淀粉样蛋白A1 (SAA1)、细胞间黏附分子(ICAM-1)水平明显改善(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组胸部针扎样疼痛、痛处固定、心悸、胸闷气短、面色晦黯、肢体麻木、口唇青紫积分,心功能,血管内皮功能,脂蛋白相关性磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)、淀粉样蛋白A1 (SAA1)、细胞间黏附分子(ICAM-1)水平改善更明显,临床疗效更显著(P<0.05)。两组在治疗过程中未观察到不良反应。结论 冠心病患者采用加减丹参保心汤联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,疗效显著,可恢复心功能,促使患者康复,具有临床应用价值。
Objective This study aims to explore the effect of modified Danshen Baoxin Decoction(丹参保心汤)combined with atorvastatin Calcium Tablets on cardiac function in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 118 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into the control group(59 cases,treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets)and the experimental group(59 cases,treated with modified Danshen Baoxin Decoction on the basis of the control group).The therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were statistically analyzed.The TCM syndrome scores,cardiac function,vascular endothelial function and serum factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,comparisons of chest stabbing pain,fixed pain site,palpitations,chest tightness and shortness of breath,sallow complexion,limb numbness,lip cyanosis score,cardiac function,vascular endothelial function,lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2),amyloid protein A1(SAA1),and intercellular adhesion molecule(ICAM-1)levels between the two groups were made(P>0.05);After treatment,compared with before treatment,the two groups experienced chest stabbing pain,fixed pain sites,palpitations,chest tightness and shortness of breath,dull complexion,numbness of limbs,cyanosis of the lips,cardiac function,and vascular endothelial function.The levels of lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2),amyloid protein A1(SAA1),and intercellular adhesion molecule(ICAM-1)were significantly improved(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the treatment group showed more significant improvements in chest stabbing pain,fixed pain sites,palpitations,chest tightness and shortness of breath,dull complexion,limb numbness,lip bluish-purple score,cardiac function,vascular endothelial function,lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2),amyloid protein A1(SAA1),and intercellular adhesion molecule(ICAM-1)levels.The therapeutic effect was better(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in either group during the treatment process.Conclusion Patients with coronary heart disease are treated with modified Danshen Baoxin Decoction combined with atorvastatin Calcium Tablets,which has a remarkable therapeutic effect.It can restore cardiac function and promote the recovery of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
