摘要
慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG)是一种临床常见的消化系统疾病。西医疗法具有不良反应多,病情易反复发作等弊端,而中医非药物疗法治疗CAG有其独特优势。文章通过检索近10年中医非药物疗法治疗CAG的相关文献进行梳理、分析及总结发现,治疗CAG的中医非药物疗法种类丰富,常见针刺、灸法、拔罐、刮痧推拿等疗法,其优点各异,临床可单独或联合2种以上方法使用。文章针对中医非药物疗法治疗CAG的研究概况作以综述,以期为临床提供更多的理论依据,给CAG患者提供更多的治疗选择。
Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)is a common digestive system disease in clinical practice.Western medicine therapy has drawbacks such as significant side effects and easy recurrence of the illness,while traditional Chinese medicine non pharmacological therapy has its unique advantages in treating CAG.This article reviews,analyzes,and summarizes relevant literature on traditional Chinese medicine non pharmacological therapies for the treatment of CAG in the past 10 years.There are various types of traditional Chinese medicine non pharmacological therapies for treating CAG,including acupuncture,moxibustion,cupping,scraping and massage,which have different advantages and can be used alone or in combination with two or more methods in clinical practice.This article provides a review of the research on traditional Chinese medicine non pharmacological therapy for the treatment of CAG,in order to provide more theoretical basis for clinical practice and offer more treatment options for CAG patients.
