摘要
归纳肖景东教授在临床实践中的经验。脾胃作为人体气机升降的核心枢纽,是气血生成的源泉,更是后天之根本。在临床实践中,恶心、呕吐、胃痛及腹泻等多种症状的出现,往往可归因于脾胃升降功能失调。《脾胃论·脾胃盛衰论》中提到:“百病皆由脾胃衰而生也”。肖教授在“毒热”病因学说的理论基础上,运用中药治疗肝脾相关疾病展现出独特的优势,能够有效缓解患者的临床症状,促进身体机能的恢复,并有助于推广和积累用药经验。文章旨在深入分析与总结临床经验,为临床实践提供参考。
Summarize the experience of Professor Xiao Jingdong in clinical practice.The spleen and stomach,as the core hub of human qi movement,is the source of qi and blood generation,and the fundamental of the acquired day.In clinical practice,nausea,vomiting,stomachache,diarrhea and other symptoms can often be attributed to the dysfunction of the spleen and stomach."On the spleen and stomach?On the rise and fall of the spleen and stomach"mentioned:"All diseases are born from the spleen and stomach failure."On the basis of the theory of"toxic heat"etiology,Professor Xiao has shown unique advantages in the treatment of liver and spleen related diseases with traditional Chinese medicine,which can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,promote the recovery of physical functions,and help promote and accumulate drug use experience.The purpose of this paper is to analyze and summarize the clinical experience in order to provide reference for clinical practice.
