摘要
目的:评估24通道超柔线圈在1.5T磁共振中对臂丛神经成像的价值。方法:前瞻性纳入32名健康志愿者,分别采用24通道超柔线圈与头颈部线圈进行双侧臂丛神经MRI扫描,得到实验组(超柔线圈组)与对照组(头颈部线圈组)图像。比较两组图像C6神经干、臂丛神经中干、第三颈椎、胸锁乳突肌的信噪比(signal-to-noise ratio,SNR),比较两组图像C6神经干、臂丛神经中干的对比噪声比(contrast-to-noise ratio,CNR)。由两名技师对两组图像质量和臂丛神经干显示清晰度进行主观评分。结果:实验组C6神经干、臂丛神经中干、第三颈椎、胸锁乳突肌SNR均显著高于对照组(P<0.001)。实验组C6神经干、臂丛神经中干的CNR均显著高于对照组(P<0.001)。两组图像质量与臂丛神经干显示情况比较,实验组均好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在双侧臂丛神经MRI扫描中,使用24通道超柔线圈显著提高了臂丛神经成像的信噪比和对比噪声比,图像质量更优,具有较高的临床价值。
Objective:To evaluate the value of a 24-channel super-flex coil for brachial plexus imaging on a 1.5T magnetic resonance scanner.Methods:Thirty-two healthy volunteers were prospectively enrolled.Bilateral brachial plexus MRI scans were performed using both the 24-channel super-flex coil(experimental group)and a standard head-neck coil(control group).The signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)of the C6 nerve trunk,middle trunk of the brachial plexus,third cervical vertebra,and sternocleidomastoid muscle,as well as the contrast-to-noise ratio(CNR)of the C6 nerve trunk and middle trunk of the brachial plexus,were compared between the two groups.Two radiologists independently scored the image quality and clarity of brachial plexus nerve trunk visualization subjectively.Results:The experimental group demonstrated significantly higher SNR in the C6 nerve trunk,middle trunk of the brachial plexus,third cervical vertebra,and sternocleidomastoid muscle compared to the control group(P<0.001).The CNR of the C6 nerve trunk and middle trunk of the brachial plexus was also significantly higher in the experimental group(P<0.001).Subjective evaluations revealed superior image quality and clearer visualization of brachial plexus nerve trunks in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The 24-channel super-flex coil significantly improves SNR and CNR in bilateral brachial plexus MRI scans at 1.5T,yielding superior image quality and enhanced clinical value for brachial plexus imaging.
